On May 3 at 5:30 p.m. ET, join us for our next Legal Briefs program featuring Eric Zacks, Associate Professor of Law. His scholarship and area of expertise is modern contracting practices and the relevance of behavioral and cognitive sciences to the legal and social construction of contract formation, breach and enforcement. During this program, Prof. Zacks talk will discuss his contract law scholarship as well as the evolution of transactional law course offerings at Wayne Law.
