Title: Equivariant complex cobordism ring for primary cyclic groups

Abstract:

I will discuss an explicit computation, in terms of generators and relations, of the coefficient ring (MU_G)_*, where MU_G is the G-equivariant complex cobordism spectrum, in the case where G = Z/p^n. This computation is based on the work of Abram and Kriz, who showed that (MU_G)_* is a pullback of a diagram of coefficient rings of related spectra. It also uses methods similar to that used by N. Strickland, who computed (MU_G)_* in the case of G=Z/2.
