Whether it’s by reducing stress, improving sleep, increasing focus, or improving relationships, research shows mindfulness works. The Warrior ; Suicide Prevention group is pleased to be sponsoring a free, weekly meditation series workshop. Workshop meets weekly, starting 01/22/19, from 12-1:15 pm. Workshop meets 01/22/19, 01/29/19, 02/05/19, and 02/12/19.
