The Detroit Medical Orchestra will conclude its 10th season with a fantastic concert – help us celebrate the success of this season by enjoying the music! The program will consist of... Elgar's Pomp and Circumstance March No. 1 in D MajorMozart's Clarinet Concerto in A MajorElgar's "Enigma" Variations The performance, as always, is completely free, and light refreshments with the musicians will follow. Whether you have attended our concerts over the last decade or have never heard of our group, whether you are a classical music aficionado or have yet to discover its allure, we encourage you to attend and see what you can find in the music. Bring friends, bring family, and enjoy a brief and "healing" escape into sound with us! The Detroit Medical Orchestra is a group that plays a variety of programming in, around, and for the greater Detroit community. Our musicians are medical students, medical residents, physicians, allied health professionals, researchers, and professors, to name a few, but membership is open to anyone within the health field, Wayne State community, or any musician with a desire to explore and promote the connections between healing and music.
