Are you interested in becoming a principal, assistant principal, director or supervisor of Special Education, or central office administrator?

Meet with Educational Leadership faculty and graduate advisors to discuss the requirements for Michigan Department of Education administrative certification for these positions and learn about our graduate degree and certificate programs:

  • Master of Education
  • Education Specialist
  • Doctor of Education
  • Doctor of Philosophy

We have year-round classes on Wayne State’s Detroit campus. We also offer a cohort for a master’s of Educational Leadership and an education specialist certificate in Administration and Supervision in Wyandotte. These programs qualify for administrative certification as principal K-12. Also available is an online program in Special Education Administration for approval as a special education director or supervisor.
