The College of Engineering will host an STEM activity at this year's  2019 Prep for Success Educational Symposium and Resource Expo for K-12 Students and Parents.  

Each One Teach One (EOTO) Prep for Success Educational Symposium on Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 9:00am – 2:00pm. This year we will host the event on The Campus of Wayne State University. We will be holding exhibits in the Student Center Ballroom, 5221 Gullen Mall, Detroit, MI 48202. Founded in 1999, Each One Teach One, a 501c3 organization, provides students and their families with resources and opportunities to help them successfully navigate academic and social transitions into middle school, high school, college, and beyond.

In partnership with BUF of Michigan, school districts throughout Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties as well as with various corporate and community-based organizations, Each One Teach One will present academic and social development resources, programs, and services to over 500 metropolitan Detroit area students and parents at this year’s symposium.

Attendees will participate in workshops and breakout sessions covering topics such as study skills, test prep, effective communication, conflict resolution, character development, mindfulness, financial literacy, college planning, and more. You can play a part in helping young people reach their full potential by exhibiting your product, program, and/or service at the Each One Teach One Resource Expo. Your presence at this Educational Symposium offers an opportunity for you to join us as we build relationships inspire, encourage, and empower tomorrow's leaders. 

Nationally acclaimed presenters will address topics such as test prep, study skills, financing your child's college education, personal and business etiquette, effective communication, entrepreneurship, bullying, anger management, and enhancing your personal and professional brand.
