Title: Quantitative Homogenization of Stokes Systems

Abstract: Homogenization theory was introduced to study highly heterogeneous material with self-similar structures, for instance, a composite. In our particular case, we are interested in the quantitative homogenization of Stoke systems with rapidly oscillating coefficients. I will talk about our recent progress in the periodic settings, in aspects of convergence rates, regularity estimates, and asymptotic expansions of its Green’s function. I will also discuss some preliminary results in the stochastic settings.
