Join us for the ArtsConnect Reseach Showcase.

This half-day event will be conducted virtually, and will engage seasoned researchers, junior scholars, as well as graduate and undergraduate students - arts and culture researchers - in collective debates and deliberation of their own research findings and contributions.

Our keynote speaker - Rochelle Riley, the Director of Arts and Culture for the City of Detroit – will join the showcase participants in discussing her own vision for the role of arts and culture in shaping Detroit’s present and future as well as how arts and culture researchers could help to support and enable such a vision.

ArtsConnect is a campus-wide interdisciplinary research group supported by the WSU Humanities Center. The group includes members who represent diverse campus divisions, including College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, College of Education, College of Fine, Performing, and Communication Arts, School of Social Work, School of Medicine, and the Center for Urban Studies.

Please RSVP, and we will email you the Zoom instructions.
