Conflict is a part of everyday life. But its management and resolution are necessary for professional success. This session will deepen the understanding of resolution strategies such as peace-making, peace-building, and peacekeeping at the personal and inter-group levels. Attendees will learn the typical conflicts that arise in professional settings, their antecedents, and consequences. Additionally, attendees will learn evidence-based conflict resolution skills.
