Transitioning to a remote learning platform can be stressful. While some stress can be productive, too much stress can impede your ability to learn and retain information. In this workshop, we will discuss and practice stress-reduction and meditation techniques to boost wellness while studying from home.

Because the University has made all face-to-face instruction limited we have moved our workshops to our online platform so you are able to attend remotely.
