The Oakland University American Chemical Society Student Chapter cordially invites all interested undergraduate students in the Detroit metropolitan area and vicinity to partake in a 3-4 hour long virtual Fall Undergraduate Research Conference. The morning sessions will include invited talks about different career options (in government, industry, and academia), plus a keynote speaker and a panel discussion. Win prizes while playing chemistry games during a 30-minute lunch break!
The afternoon session will be devoted to undergraduate research presentations (10 minutes apiece) and will take place from 12:30 – ~2:00 PM. All undergraduates conducting a research project are encouraged to participate! If you missed out on presenting your research at the cancelled National ACS Meeting in Philadelphia, here is your chance to make up for it and add to your resume!
