The Pro Football Hall of Fame is proud to offer a brand-new series for learners in high school, college and beyond! “Before the Snap” gives an insight to professional careers in and around the NFL, while giving a live audience the opportunity to interact with an industry expert.

On Friday, January 15th, 2021 at 12:00pm ET special guest Omar Jufko will be on hand to speak on his career, what he does in his current position and much more!! Omar Jufko is the Manager of Stadium Security for the Cleveland Browns. He is responsible for providing leadership and administrative direction regarding policies, programs and personnel of the First Energy Stadium Security Team. He also manages all technologies as it relates to First Energy Stadium security. Prior to assuming this role, Jufko managed 150 union/non-union employees that focused on the safety and security of over 3 millions fans at Progressive Field, home of the MLB's Cleveland Indians. Jufko is an alumnus of Cleveland State University where he earned a bachelor's degree in Communications with a concentration on Public Relations.
