In this workshop, you will learn why sleep is important to your success as a college student. Research shows that a lack of sleep may negatively impact your academic success, ability to concentrate, mental health, and immune system. In addition, you will leave equipped with tips to help you overcome common sleep disruptions and a plan to optimize your quality of sleep while learning from home.
