Sleep has almost never held such importance as it does in the times of COVID-19. Replenishing the body every night with rest to maintain a healthy immune system and give your mind the time to come down from the additional stressors of the day have become vital. This discussion will seek to answer the questions if restful sleep is even possible in the age of the coronavirus (Here's a hint: it is!). Michele Porter, Academic Services Officer in the Department of Art & Art History will lead this important discussion.
