First Fridays in Anthropology - "Eating Insects: The Past, Present, and Future of Bugs as Food."
This event is in the past.
Please join us this Friday, October 1, from 3-4:30 p.m., for our inaugural First Fridays in Anthropology event! Dr. Julie Lesnik will be giving a talk entitled "Eating Insects: The Past, Present, and Future of Bugs as Food." Due to rising test-positivity rates in the metro area, we will be holding the event via Zoom. We hope to be able to hold future events in person. Please register for this event below-

These talks will be inviting, accessible, introductions to the research of our fabulous faculty, with a focus on the significance of anthropology for the public. Eventually, we envision that these talks will be followed by a reception with a chance to socialize and chat. Please bring your friends and family -- these talks are meant to be accessible to a broad audience.
Please let me know if you have any questions or any trouble registering for the event. Looking forward to seeing you!
