Are you too busy at work to leave your chair? Join Sandy Naimou, Certified Yoga Instructor & your WSU colleagues for a 30-minute break right in your chair. Learn how to practice breath control and a full range of yoga postures adapted to chairs. You’ll not only loosen up the right muscles that get overly stiff while seated, but you’ll be able to relax and reset your mind and body for the work ahead with improved circulation and an increase in calm energy. Take what you learn and apply it to your workdays moving forward.
