REMINDERS: 

• Flu Clinics are NOT held at Campus Health Center. Please refer to the flu clinic calendar for schedule and corresponding locations
• To avoid duplicate records, please register for your appointment using your full legal name and WSU access ID email address
• Watch your email for electronic consent forms you can complete prior to your appointment
• Bring your OneCard, government issued ID, and insurance card to your appointment

Insurance will be billed (if you have it), but there is no out-of-pocket cost to enrolled WSU students, faculty, and staff.
