Seminar on Disparities in Maternal and Infant Health for People of Color
This event is in the past.
Executive Board of Institutional Justice and Inclusion (IJI) in collaboration with Mother in Medicine (MnM), and OB/GYN Interest Group are so excited to invite you to our first lunch seminar about the longstanding disparities in maternal and infant health for people of color with a focus on the affected communities in Michigan.
It gives us great pleasure and honor to have Dr. Angela Johnson to deliver a talk about the maternal health and breastfeeding disparities in Michigan and her experiences in working with community-focused programs that successfully had been addressing this multifaceted issue.
This seminar will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 2 from noon to 1 p.m. in Margherio Family Conference Center. Lunch will be provided.
Please fill out RSVP form and submit your questions for Dr. Johnson. We hope that you will be able to join us! https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfk8zVo6EUvmF3NdAIaVVM2nNTPVOJuIWyjXRGwqzQrpVTt3Q/viewform
