Social Work Faculty and Staff Restorative Practice Listening Circle
This event is in the past.
2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
WSU School of Social Work faculty and staff are invited to a restorative practice listening circle. The circle will provide a safe space for employees to speak about and share experiences. Attendees will have the opportunity to share concerns related to their work environment, professional development, and conflict resolution. The aim is to enhance the workplace environment by addressing concerns and working to develop tangible joint solutions that will be discussed at future sessions.
Attendees will also hear about the process of how they can schedule a conflict resoluation circle with another team member and their supervisor.
Speaking up can sometimes be difficult, however all voices matter. We encourage SSW faculty and staff who do not wish to voice their concerns in person to utilize this anonymous form and then attend the Listening Circle event. Concerns submitted will be addressed at the circle.
