Title:  The cofiber of the shift map on C-motivic modular forms; or the algebraic Novikov spectral sequence for topological modular forms.

Abstract:  We compute the C-motivic Adams spectral sequence for C-motivic modular forms modulo the deformation parameter tau. Equivalently, we compute the algebraic Novikov spectral sequence for topological modular forms. We compute the E_2-page using a May spectral sequence and discuss how to compute Adams differentials and hidden extensions on the E_infty-page. Background will be provided on the Adams spectral sequence and the Isaksen-Wang-Xu method for computing Adams differentials by exploiting deformations of spectra.
