Boxing Madness - Group Fitness Training
Boxing Madness is a hybrid of boxing movements mixed with team sports style strength and cardio training exercises. A high energy boxing obstacle course in a constantly changing athletic training environment designed to improve strength, cardio and agility. Rather than staying in the same spot while punching the bags we move around the entire room. We have some boxing gloves to lend people but it’s first come first serve. Bring your gloves if you have them. Everyone goes at their own pace and we have modified movements for all levels.
Classes are at the Mort Harris Rec Center Every Tuesday Night in Room 258. 7:30PM to 8:30PM
Free for Students and Mort Harris Rec Members & $10 drop in fee for non-members
