A cancer diagnosis can often present a person with several legal challenges.
- Who will voice my medical decisions if I am unable to do so?
- Who will manage my bills when I am too tired from treatment?
- What documents can allow me to identify others to help me care for my children?
- What can I put in place to be sure, if something happens to me, that my property and possessions can be distributed to those I want to receive them?
Join Wayne State's Legal Advocacy for People with Cancer Clinic (LAPC) on Tuesday, December 3 from 12 - 1 pm, as we discuss valuable information individuals diagnosed with cancer will want to consider as they move through their diagnosis, treatment, and beyond.
