Examining burnout in academia
2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Join us at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 5 for a virtual session with a diverse group of our colleagues participating in a panel discussion focused on the issues of burnout and stress in academia. They'll share their experiences, research, and strategies and supports to prevent or alleviate burnout in academic settings.
This session aims to equip attendees with practical tools and foster a supportive community. Following the panel discussion, participants will have the opportunity to delve deeper into specific subtopics during breakout sessions. Each breakout session will focus on relevant areas such as work-life balance, mental health resources, institutional policies, and personal coping strategies.
