Join HAP and Henry Ford Health Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention for this three-week, 1-hour interactive coaching session to learn how to incorporate healthier sleep habits. This virtual group program is led by a Certified Health Coach who will provide education and support to participants who want to optimize the quality and quantity of their sleep. 

Optimal sleep improves quality of life, and reduces stress and burnout. Our
comprehensive approach looks at:
-Why sleep matters for your health and well-being
-Risk factors and symptoms of sleep disorders (including when to seek medical help)
-Making changes to improve quality and quantity of sleep
Led by a certified health coach, each session blends helpful information about sleep needs
with engaging activities to help you set SMART goals for improved sleep. Between
sessions, you can try new tips and strategies, and track you progress.
Our experts work with you to have a big impact on your sleep in just a few weeks.
