Title: Introduction of Liquid Crystal Flows II
Abstract: In this talk, we will continue with two types mathematical models on the hydrodynamic flow of liquid crystals: Q-tensor theory and Ericksen-Leslie theory. We will talk about the relations between these math models, main results in previous study, and some open problems.
