Do you want the discussions you lead in class to be more effective? Do you want to start having discussions in class, but want to first learn how to do so successfully? Join colleagues to view videos of effective discussions and discuss what worked in the videos and how to apply the strategies. Videos will be of undergraduate students discussing science, but all disciplines are welcome. Faculty and graduate teaching assistants are welcome. Co-sponsored by the Office for Teaching and Learning and the WSU WIDER Grant Program. Facilitated by Dr. Karen Myhr, faculty in the Biology Department at WSU. Click here to register.
