In this session, participants will learn about the unintentional ways we discriminate against one another in our everyday exchanges across cultures, including stereotyping, using offensive and biased language and assuming homogeneity. Topics will include definingmicroaggresions, addressing the beliefs that support this behavior, the importance of learning across cultures to reduce these occurrences, addressing and responding to microaggressions, and educating others.
