TOPIC: "Ancient Wisdom, Modern Mind: The Influence of Stoic Philosophy on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy" 

Objectives: 

1.  Explain the historical development of stoic philosophy through analysis of prominent stoic practitioners.

2.  Provide a brief overview of the development of modern psychotherapy with emphasis on the three waves of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
