Please join us at the Planetarium to view the night sky with our telescopes, assuming skies are clear

  • Telescopes from 7-9pm if skies are clear
  • Free Planetarium shows at 6, 7, 8 and 9 pm
  • Physics Demos on the half-hour in the hallway
Telescope viewing will be ongoing from 7-9pm, if skies are clear.  A first quarter moon will be visible, along with several stars, the Pleiades, and if we're lucky Neptune!

Telescopes will be located in the Hancock Service Drive of Old Main, right next to the Planetarium. We recommend you come to the planetarium first and then head out to the service drive to find us, so we can direct you.

The planetarium is on the lower level of Old Main. If you enter through the Cass Avenue entrance head down the stairs and you'll see our murals straight ahead of you.
