The Office of the Vice President for Research is pleased to offer the Research Development seminar series for WSU faculty, chairs & directors, postdoctoral trainees & graduate students, and administrators. Seminars are free but registration is required.
This seminar, National Endowment for the Humanities: Division of Education Programs, will take place via Zoom on Tuesday, October 26th, 2021, from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm.
This informal event will provide an overview of NEH education programs and initiatives of interest to post-secondary faculty, such as professional development opportunities, new themes and innovative approaches to humanities/social science subjects, institutional grant programs, and collaborative curricular projects between the humanities/social sciences and STEM, pre-professional and professional programs in law and health sciences. This is an ideal opportunity for faculty in the humanities and social sciences to hear directly from an NEH program officer about current funding trajectories and open opportunities.
Presenter: Julia Huston Nguyen, Ph.D.
Senior Program Officer, NEH Division of Education Programs
