The Wayne State School of Social Work, Center for Social Work Research invites Social Work faculty, staff, post-docs and PhD students to attend "Writing Specific Aims".

The most important section of an NIH proposal is the Specific Aims page because it provides a succinct overview of the proposed research and why it is important. Learn the best practices in articulating specific aims from an experienced NIH funded scholar, Dr. Rick Zimmerman, Associate Dean for Research at the WSU College of Nursing.
