Do you work with difficult people? Does it cause you much-unneeded stress? When we’re dealing with difficult people, our creativity, productivity, and engagement suffer. Conflict and stress compromise our ability to think clearly and make sound decisions. In this insightful webinar, Amy Gallo, author of Getting Along: How to Work with Anyone (Even Difficult People), will share research-based, practical advice on how to best work with people who push your buttons and build your interpersonal resilience in the process.
