Implicit biases affect our unconscious thinking and decision-making, and it's an individual's responsibility to unearth and mitigate biases before they affect others. This interactive, two-hour workshop, designed for faculty and staff, provides an opportunity for deep self-exploration as well as tools to mitigate biases.
