The Office of Graduate Medical Education will be holding its Spring 2021 Academic Boot Camp (ABC) on Friday, April 16, from 3 to 6 pm as an online event. Attendance of the ABC is required for those seeking a Developing Active Resident Teachers (DART) certificate, awarded to resident physicians at WSU who have developed their educational skills beyond the expected level and have made a tangible contribution to its residency education program. It is also required for faculty in the Developing Effective Faculty Teachers (DEFT) program, designed to strengthen the educational skills of our core and community faculty and thereby improve the performance of trainees in WSUSOM's residency programs and their learning environments.
