TOPIC: "Cultivating a Positive Learning Environment in Medical Education" 

Objectives:

1.  Identify aspects of a positive learning environment during medical education and its impact on trainees.

2.  Discuss medical student mistreatment, including its prevalence and impacts, the ways to report and address mistreatment at WSUSOM.

3.  Recommend ways to lead a positive learning environment and to address a hostile learning environment.
