The 2024 Chair Camp is a 1-day leadership development program for Department Chairs and Associate Chairs. It is designed to enhance knowledge and skill around effectively managing, leading, and coaching faculty, academic staff, and students. WSU experts will share strategies and tips to navigate the various academic collective bargaining agreements; artificial intelligence in the classroom; best strategic plans for departments; and working effectively with contentious personnel. There will also be time for networking and sharing of ideas among Chairs/Associate Chairs.

Coffee, tea, and a light lunch will be provided for attendees. Space is limited, so please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
