Understanding the role of napping can teach you how to take effective naps that support your body's internal clock and maintain your energy level throughout the day. Attend this mini workshop to learn how to effectively nap. This workshop will be facilitated by Kalyn Griffin, Study Skills Academy Learning Specialist.
