Research shows that a lack of sleep can negatively affect your academic success, ability to concentrate, mental health, and immune system. In this workshop, you will learn why sleep is important to your success as a college student. In addition, you will leave equipped with tips to help you overcome common sleep disruptions and a plan to optimize your quality of sleep while learning from home.

Because the University has made all face-to-face instruction limited we have moved our workshops to our online platform so you are able to attend remotely.
