Swami Brahmanishtananda Saraswati is a distinguished monk from the lineage of His Holiness Sri Swami Sivananda Saraswati of Rishikesh, and the Founder and President of the Swami Chidananda World Peace Foundation. With over three decades of deep engagement in spiritual practices and teachings, Swami Brahmanishtananda brings a rich perspective to the integration of mindfulness and resilience in high-stress environments.
A scholar of several major spiritual texts in Eastern philosophy such as the Bhagavad Gita, and Yoga Sutras, Swamiji expertly translates these ancient wisdoms into practical strategies for mental health and well-being. His expertise is sought after globally, having led sessions at the World Yoga Summit and International Day of Yoga, and conducted wellness workshops for diverse professional groups, including healthcare providers.
