Reproductive Justice Summit
This event is in the past.
3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Please join Students for Reproductive Justice, Lambda Kappa Sigma, and the Center for Gender and Sexuality for our second-annual Reproductive Justice and Resource Summit. Grounding ourselves in the expansive priorities of the reproductive justice movement, we have invited local organizations to share their broad vision for reproductive justice, their current work toward that vision, and how those in the Wayne State community can get involved in that work. Topics may include safe abortion access, childcare, education reform, universal healthcare, environmental and economic justice, affordable housing, freedom from violence, and more!
Participants include Michigan Voices, A Girl Like Me, Reclaim Project, Planned Parenthood of Michigan, Embrace the Rock, Michigan Organization of Adolescent Sexual Health (MOASH), Michigan Chamber for Reproductive Justice, Michigan Student Power Alliance, Mothering Justice, Reproductive Justice for all, Hydra Fund, Equality Michigan, and WSU’s Student For Reproductive Justice and Lambda Kappa Sigma.
Free and open to all. Space is limited. Please RSVP on Get Involved.
