Cardio Sport: group fitness, team sports exercise movement class
Cardio Sport is team sports style strength and cardio training group classes. A high energy Sports Training obstacle course in a constantly changing athletic training environment. A unique method of exercise designed to excite and inspire athletic-minded people. It is not just a mixed bag of fitness exercises, but rather a fun musical training experience that gets incredible results.
The system includes all 3 areas of functional movement: conditioning, agility and strength. Whether you are just living life and want to feel and look your best or still actively playing sports, this program will get you the results you are seeking. Everyone goes at their own pace and we have modified movements for all levels.
Classes are at the Mort Harris RFC Every Tuesday & Thursday Night in Room 258, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Also on Saturday from 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the Mort Harris RFC, Room 258.
