Effective communication is the key to healthy relationships—and like any other skill, it gets better with practice. During this interactive program, communication and consent expert Dr. Lori Bednarchik will provide Warriors with strategies for setting and respecting their own boundaries and the boundaries of others while offering practical communication and conflict resolution advice that will pave the way for healthier relationships with friends, roommates and partners.
