Community Transitions Trainers September Meeting
This event is in the past.
Have you thought about living on your own? What about learning to live more independently in the place you currently live? Do you know how the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Rule can be used to live the life you want?
The Community Transition Trainers are here to help! The Community Transition Trainers are available to inform and educate people with disabilities and their families through virtual presentations. They offer advice for living independently in the community.
On September 23rd, from 1-2 PM, join MI-DDI's CTT Team for a presentation on learning about living in your own place. This is a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and ask questions within a supportive virtual environment.
Registration is available here
The Community Transition Trainers have facilitated trainings across Michigan, including presentations with self-advocates, people with disabilities and their family members, schools, and behavioral health organizations such as Pre-Paid Inpatient Health Plans (PIHPs), Community Mental Health Services Programs (CMHSPs), and advocacy agencies.
